Please note that all services at AIMS Electrolysis Center are strictly focused on permanent hair removal.
We do not offer any skin treatments.
Arrive at Least 15 Minutes Early.
If you are a new client, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete your consultation form.
Come with Clean Skin
Please attend your appointment with clean skin.
Avoid using oils, lotions, creams, or deodorants on the treatment area.

For your convenience, free parking is available directly outside the clinic.

To maintain a calm, professional environment, clients are asked to attend appointments alone.

Our Cancellation Policy

At AIMS Electrolysis Center, we are committed to providing the highest standard of permanent hair removal.

Late cancellations and missed appointments affect our ability to care for other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Our electrologists are highly trained professionals, and we invest in ongoing training, advanced equipment, and sterilization to ensure safe, effective, and lasting results.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled treatment.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
We often operate with a waitlist, so your timely notice allows us to offer your appointment to another client.
Messages received on Sundays or public holidays cannot be accepted as sufficient notice.
Fees must be paid before booking your next appointment.
